I’ve made an appt twice for a recall. First time I sat for an hour and a half before they told me they don’t have the part even though the appt was made for that 2 wks in advance. Second First time I sat for an hour and a half before they told me they don’t have the part even though the appt was made for that 2 wks in advance. Second appt, after being called they didn’t have the part and didn’t know if the tech was there to do it. No calls from their department to reschedule or anything. Very unprofessional and poorly run.
