After about a 1/2 an hour, I was told that they could not perform the alignment due to missing parts on the front of the truck. These are not there due to an accident that I had a year and a halfago and Kelly body shop did not replace those With the rest of the work. The insurance claim is now closed, so this repair will cost me over $550. More

Kelley Chevrolet and Kelley Buick have been very high quality dealers for many years. I bought my 1st Buick from Tom Kelley almost 50 years ago and my 1st Chevrolet years later from Chuck Kelley. The quality dealers for many years. I bought my 1st Buick from Tom Kelley almost 50 years ago and my 1st Chevrolet years later from Chuck Kelley. Their service is second to none, however I continue to be disappointed in all dealers pushing services that may not be needed or maybe not so soon. I understand the need to make a good profit, but there is sometimes a slippery slope from that need driving potential gouging. As a mechanical engineer who spent his entire career in the areas of Quality, Reliability, Safety and Product Development of commercial trucks and busses, I can get offended if pushed too far in buying every possible service option.
