$1,600 service price tag & no fluids! After two trips for service and $1,600 for repairs the fluids they said they replaced are depleted in two days after picking up my truck. When calling to speak with the service advisor the lady told me I could only speak to scheduling, which after several attempts I only got an answering machine. I called to try and speak to a person and the lady answering the phone was in patient with me and would not allow me to explain what I needed. She insisted that I just leave a message. I buy new vehicles every 3/4 years and I am going to find a dealer with better customer service. I am not happy! More
