Whenever I need service, the parts department doesn't have the part I need and they have to order it. After waiting over 3 months for the last problem to be fixed, (Headlight flicker), I have now been w have the part I need and they have to order it. Really, in the year since I purchased this vehicle, I've had a fully functioning vehicle about half of the time. More

I came fn for 2 recalls. They were not prepared for the engine recall. Which they did have any authorizing to do the recall yet. Car was dropped off at 7:30 am for a scheduled appt at 9am. I rcvd a call around 8:30am from the other dealership in town, Kelly Buick stating they had my car and did not have the part for it. I was so confused because my car was dropped off at Kelly Chevrolet and I did verify beforehand that they DID have the part. Needless to say my car was at Kelly Chevrolet (where it was dropped off) there was some confusion on the scheduling side of things. I Did not hear from the dealership all day regarding the status so we show up at 3:30 to pick the car up and it was not going to be done. How do you schedule an appointment and then they say it will be at least another day because the part just came in (this was a lie because I verified the part was there 2 days prior).
