I normally go to the GMC dealer off of Illinois Road. They give me a video on my car letting me know everything is OK. They are very friendly there. My experience at the Kelly dealership was they called me and told me they had earlier appointments. I was working. I couldn’t make it. Then when I got in there, I was completely rushed. My car was done in less than 20 minutes. No video. nothing explained to me. The guy that checked me in was rude and quick made me feel like I was being a bother or hindering him from going home. The guy that checked me out was nice though. The guy that checked me and did not even follow my directions. I asked him to lock my keys in the car and send me an invoice because I was leaving. My car was done before I could even leave here kept my keys, but did send me the invoice so if I would not have still been there when my car was done, I would not have been able to get my keys because he didn’t lock them in the car like I asked him to. I told him if he could not lock them in there that when I got the invoice, I would lock the car doors myself. He told me that he could leave the car unlocked because there was plenty of cameras around and nobody would mess with it. But if you don’t even leave the keys in my car, how the xxxx am I supposed to get home? 🤬😡 More

Had truck serviced. After home looked at text messages and one said I had a leak that needed repaired. No mention of the issue. I have been going to you for years. But this last time my transmission was acting up. I brought it in for an oil change, and to have the transmission looked at. While I was there I deci But this last time my transmission was acting up. I brought it in for an oil change, and to have the transmission looked at. While I was there I decided to talk to a sales rep incase the truck was toast. I was interested in a Malibu, that was a new 2024 model and had a sale sign in the windshield for a price of $26,113. That was the one if repairing the truck was not an option. Sales rep calls me to tell me the transmission needed replaced and was going to cost $6,700 to fix. I said draw up the numbers on the car so I have options. He put the sale price for the car at $27,800. Of course this made me mad so I asked for my truck so I could get a different opinion. Took it somewhere else and they are charging me $3,900. The kicker... they never changed my oil. They told me I couldn't pick it up till after 5pm (come to find out if didnt need more work). All the people I needed to talk to went home, so I had to sit there for an hour while I waited to figure out where my truck was. They didn't do anything else I could have picked it up at noon. I've never been treated with so much disrespect. More

Our morning started with friendly information gathering and then a shuttle to a breakfast place - after breakfast we were picked up and brought back to the dealership - while waiting we had a delicious com and then a shuttle to a breakfast place - after breakfast we were picked up and brought back to the dealership - while waiting we had a delicious complementary coffee and soon after our vehicle was finished - all work was done and documented and all questions answered - thank you Kelley - p.s - those Corvettes are a lot bigger when waking around them in the show room - beautiful machine More
