Why is it that every time I get my car serviced that one or two lug nut caps get twisted off? I been told because of age? It’s a 2020 so throw that one out the window. I’ve also been told there of poor qual or two lug nut caps get twisted off? I been told because of age? It’s a 2020 so throw that one out the window. I’ve also been told there of poor quality? Hmm maybe but here is the thing, my company has 8 of these vehicles all of the same make and model. The drivers have the option of place of service and they are serviced at the same mileage intervals and the same way. But not one of their caps are missing ??? Hmm Only mine and why do they put all the missing ones on the passenger side of car. Never offering to replace them but abundantly offering excuses. Here is the real reason for the missing caps it is due to an idiot with an impact gun with a worn or oversized socket. So be sure to check the lug nuts on your vehicle if they ever have to rotate or remove wheels for some reason. Who knows maybe for cash pay customers gets theirs replaced with ones off of fleet vehicles. More

My experience at Kelley was top-notch! Tonia was my service advisor on my first visit. She was very helpful and great to work with! On my second visit a few weeks later to inspect an oil leak Peter was service advisor on my first visit. She was very helpful and great to work with! On my second visit a few weeks later to inspect an oil leak Peter was also great. I respect the fact that they give you several options and don't push you to do unnecessary work. I am so used to most dealerships scaring or forcing you into costly repairs that may not have to be done at the time. So it was refreshing to deal with some great service advisors like Tonia and Peter. I would highly recommend the Kelley Chevrolet Service Department! More

Just had my transmission worked on and just wanted to say the customer service i got there was amazing. Peter and Andy did an amazing job at making me feel appreciated for bringing my vehicle there.
