Wouldn't Have Believed It! If, a week ago, you would have told me I would have leased a Buick Encore I would have said you were crazy!! I'm more of a Jeep Liberty/Grand Vitare If, a week ago, you would have told me I would have leased a Buick Encore I would have said you were crazy!! I'm more of a Jeep Liberty/Grand Vitare model type gal. That is the type of car I've wanted for years. Due to a recent accident, I needed to find a new car. My husband and I decided to lease a car...first time ever. We knew (or thought anyway), exactly the type of car we wanted. Then, through internet research, I read excellent reviews on the new Buick and decided to check it out. Since my leg is not quite heeled, my 25 year old daughter took me. We sat down with sales associate, Mike Yerger at Kelly Buick. What I really liked was that Mike took the time to ask questions about the things I wanted to see in a car before even showing me any models. This lead to my test-drive of a Buick Oncore. Well, my daughter did the driving... We both loved it. Sitting inside, the ride, just felt overall...."classy." Even my daughter stated that she would get the car in a heartbeat. I really didn't expect to be as excited about it as I was. Mike and his manager did provide me with numbers that I thought were relatively okay; however, my husband felt very differently. We proceeded to look at other vehicles and found one we liked (not a Buick).. but was much more in our ball park and the color I really wanted. Still.... I REALLY liked the "feel" of the Buick and couldn't get passed that. So my husband and I went back to Kelly Buick so he could see and test drive the car. Mike was great.. no hassle.. very informative and just an all around great guy with whom to work. My husband really liked the car as well. But between the two cars..though my heart was with the Buick... my pocketbook said otherwise. What I loved about working with Mike is that there was no badgering or hounding. We were very upfront with him and he continued to work with us. Simply due to the numbers..neither of the cars we were looking at had the safety bells and whistles I really wanted. Out of sheer curiosity my husband asked Mike what the next level up would be. Turned out.. that model had almost everything I wanted. Well, guess what....that's the car we ended up leasing. Mike, in my opinion, went above and beyond, working with us to get a lease deal we just couldn't pass up. I am thrilled about my new car and can't wait to drive it. As for Mike, I would not hesitate to work with him again (and plan to when this lease is up). He truly did everything he could, all without being pushy, to help us get the car we truly wanted. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a car, to go to Kelly Buick and ask for Mike Yerger. You won't be sorry!!! More

We found Mike to be honest and forthcoming and we appreciated that the dealership did what they said they would do regarding detailing the car and conducting a thorough 150 point checklist. My son Justin is thrilled with his car which is both beautiful and in top notch condition. And by the way, no dealership testimonial would be complete without saying that the price of the vehicle was considerably (significantly) below Kelly Blue Book market value thus allowing us to avoid all the haggling that customers hate. I found all of the comparable cars on cars.com and autotrader.com to be $1000 to $1500 higher than the Kelly GMC price. I trust this dealership and our salesman Mike Yerger.
