I did not purchase it because of personal preference (I like the look of it but think I would like a car or SUV with better visibility). Josh spent a great deal of time answering my questions, even though I had said I wasn't quite ready to buy a car. His follow up text was just right, especially since I had said that I didn't respond well to multiple phone calls or messages and pressure that some salesman inflict on you. When I'm ready to buy a car, which may be in a few weeks or a few months, I will think of Josh and hope to do business with him then. I definitely recommend Josh. More

Pleasant and Rewarding Car Shopping Experience My Husband and I were totally uncertain of the type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. As we were deciding on a vehicle to drive, Mike Yerger approach My Husband and I were totally uncertain of the type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. As we were deciding on a vehicle to drive, Mike Yerger approached us, a very friendly, easy to talk with, patient, and totally professional sale associate. He asked a few question to understand what our needs were and our life style to help us decide. After driving several vehicle, Mike suggest we try the Buick Verano. So we took it for a ride, extremely comfortable, and fun to drive. I’m very happy he suggested we test drive this car, as it was not one on our list. After driving the car, he gave my husband and I time to talk to decide what we wanted to do. Mike never pressured us, he offered us coffee, water and told us to take the time needed to make our decision. We decided to purchase the Buick Verano, and Mike made arrangements for us to take the car home that same evening. We came back in 2 days with a check to pay for the car, Mike re-reviewed the options on the car and answered all of our questions. He is an extremely good salesman, a good listener, never tried to persuade or pressure us to drive anything that we felt would not fit into our life style. More
