It was excellent from beginning to end. We were unsure if we were going to purchase are car or not, but because of Mike Yerger we did. Not because he pressured us but because of the way HE DID NOT PRESSURE US. He is the kindest and has the nicest personality we have ever met. He explained every question we asked to the fullest. He never made us feel like we had to buy this car. We left and told him we would let him know the next day. We called him back before we even got home and told him we wanted to make the purchase, and would fill the application out on line. We went in the next day and wrapped up the purchase. Nice experience !
