Shoddy Business Practice I went in searching for a new SUV to replace my sedan. Knowing I had a bit of a flip, I kept my options open and wanted to follow their advice as to w I went in searching for a new SUV to replace my sedan. Knowing I had a bit of a flip, I kept my options open and wanted to follow their advice as to what to look at and which would best fit my situation. After testing a few vehicles and running numbers, nothing was falling into my favor at the time, which I was ok with. The salesman finally came back to the desk and said well, you don't have to trade the vehicle in, you could keep it, by your new one and... Well... Turn it in where you bought it. Seriously?? You recommend voluntary repossession? Yes because purchasing a car is reason to ruin my credit. I immediately got my things and left. Horrifying experience here and I have shared this with everyone I know. I am proud to say I purchased a 2016 Jeep at a competing dealership with everything that I wanted, and also within the perameters of what I wanted to spend. Great staff there Kelly, I hope they put you out of business. More

Good Dealership, Bad Salesman. We decided on this dealership because we were looking for a Jeep. When we met the sales person Tony Bittenbender outside, he was friendly, but very pu We decided on this dealership because we were looking for a Jeep. When we met the sales person Tony Bittenbender outside, he was friendly, but very pushy. We had cars that needed to be jump started to trade in and we let Tony know this, to make sure it would be possible IF we decided to buy a car from this dealership. At this point we didn't even have a chance to look at any cars yet before he was trying to run inside to grab a jump box to get our trade in cars to the lot. We had to let him know that we needed to at least see a few cars before we think about going to jump the trade ins. After letting him know that, he seemed agitated, and begrudgingly showed us a few cars that we asked about, all the while, bringing up the jumping of the trade in cars instead of helping us shop for the car we wanted. Eventually we did find a car that we liked, and drove out to the house to jump the two trade in cars. One car started fine, the other needed a new battery before it could be started. Tony was very insensitive about the condition of the other car (It was my mothers car and she had recently passed away, and he knew this) and exclaimed several times that we should just scrap it, and that it wasn't worth more than $300. Tony was very rude and unprofessional in letting us know they weren't interested in that trade in car (which we ended up finding out was actually worth 2-5 thousand once our mechanic puts a battery in it and washes it). We then went back to the used car building, to start the paperwork for the car we had found that we liked. The person in charge of that area (his name was Matt?) bought us a pizza and made sure we were comfortable, He and the other sales staff were great, and very accommodating. We then went through the paperwork process to buy the car, and Tony was friendly, but still unprofessional. Letting us know the small amount of money he makes per car that he sells, and his hopes that we will give him a good review, so he can get a much needed bonus. At times we enjoyed Tony as a person, but he was too comfortable, and left us feeling uneasy. Our experience with the other staff at the dealership was very good, and we left wishing we had asked for a different sales person to deal with us. We love the car that we bought, but our experience with Tony left us feeling pretty uncomfortable ever going back. We'll be getting all of our maintenance done at other Jeep dealerships. More
