Nikki responded to everything I had asked her in a timely manor.. She was very helpful with everything.. Brian also answered all of our questions.. Working with nikki was a pleasure as she is very customer focused and makes you feel as a prospective customer should feel in a high spend, sales environment: valued. My interactions with others were pretty good although I’m not even sure who I was talking to and at times almost felt a bit rude. Abdoul was amazing! I went in to this dealership months ago browsing not ready to make a move at the time. I now went back to the dealership and not only did he remember me but he remembered my family what ago browsing not ready to make a move at the time. Took extra time out to make sure he explained everything in detail and made sure I comprehended every step of the way. He was never dismissive and listened to everything I wanted even when I made him start all over and change directions on what I was looking for. Even after my purchase he made sure to check on me and make sure I was completely satisfied! I couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing my very first car.
