Great experience! I was looking for an SUV to lease or buy. When we arrived at Kelly Buick, Heather greeted us at the door and asked if she could help us in any way. I was looking for an SUV to lease or buy. When we arrived at Kelly Buick, Heather greeted us at the door and asked if she could help us in any way. She had all the answers to our questions and more. After checking to see what things I was wanting the most (size, safety, storage area, comfort. etc.), she had several suggestions, but the one that grabbed my attention was the Mitsubishi Outlander. She took us to see one across the street at Kelly Mitsubishi and I was "smitten". The Outlander GT was great looking and loaded and the Cosmic Blue color was an added extra! I made the deal and have been driving it for a day and a half. I am not sorry! Heather Doll is an excellent salesperson - knowledgeable, pleasant, and not "pushy". I would gladly refer my friends to her to shop for a car. More

He had amazing costumer service from the moment we walked through the door to the time we left with the car keys. We did not have much time to spend when we initially came in and without hesitation he allowed us to take one of the cars home with us to take a few days to test drive it. He worked hard to get us a good deal and tried to make the paperwork process as fast and painless as possible. Overall the experience with this dealership was very good. More
