We worked with Tony Bittenbender and he knew the perfect car for her - a 2015 Buick Encore. It was just what she was looking for- and contains 10 airbags and an SOS button in case of an emergency. All-wheel drive and only $25 or less to fill the tank. Tony was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and took our needs into consideration and picked the vehicle perfect for us. The process went smoothly. Tony made sure we had something to drink while we waited and even made popcorn for my younger daughter, turned on Disney, and gave her something to color. He was very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend going to see Tony if you are interested in purchasing a car!!! He went above and beyond what I would expect for a car salesman. We were also excited to get the holiday deal - a new 50" TV, which Tony personally carried out for us. More

Very uncomfortable I stopped in this week looking at purchasing a encore. I parked my car and before I even had time to turn it off tony was outside my door. I felt uncomfortable the way he was looking at me and it almost felt like he was flirting with me the way he was talking. I felt uneasy and couldn't wait to get in my car and drive out of there as fast as I could. I purchased elsewhere needless to say and will never return. Woman beware when going to kelly Buick! More
