I mean he knew what I wanted, helped me song the way with my trade in and down to bringing it home which made me a very happy person. Worst Experience I Have Had with a Buick Dealership My 2011 Buick Regal that is still under warranty stalled and went dead when it went around right turn. I had it towed to Kelly. I received a call f My 2011 Buick Regal that is still under warranty stalled and went dead when it went around right turn. I had it towed to Kelly. I received a call from the Service Advisor within an hour of its arrival. After we asked politely not to allow our car to go home with a tech for its electrical problems, Eric Keller insisted that was the only way for it to get repaired. Needless to said, the car was scratched and the left front wheel was damaged. I was told that they would replace a part where it had gotten chip. The part would be in a day and they would call and set up appointment. No one called till I complain the head of Service. The real problem is that my car broke down again and I had to have it towed to another dealer a much greater distance from my house. It appears to be the same problem that they claimed to have fixed. Obviously, it was not fixed and the exterior of my vehicle was marred. Ida did call and said she would get back in touch with me that was a week ago and I am still waiting. I am very disappointed with this service and have registered another complaint with Buick Customer Assistance Advisor. More
