We took care of all of the details over e-mail and the phone. All we had to do was sign up and sign the papers. Everything was ready to go! My only request for the dealership was that they would send pictures of any scratch or dent, which they did! They had the car detailed and ready to go as well. We were not in the dealership for more than an hour. This experience was just what we wanted and could not have asked for anything better. My only suggestion was to learn more about the car they were selling. Because we purchased a Kia at a GMC dealership they did not know much about the vehicle. More

Leasing my second Buick I was recently looking for a replacement for my LaCrosse, soon to come off of a three-year lease, and thought that I wanted an SUV this time. However, a beautiful copper red Regal GS on Kelly's lot caught my eye and I decided that was the car for me! Anthony Jayetileke really worked hard to get us a deal we could live with and I picked up my newly leased car just a few days later. Anthony also worked with us on our first Buick lease and we enjoyed working with him both times. He really cares about his customers! One of the things that prompted us to return to Kelly was their fabulous service. They have treated us so well over the last three years! The staff is courteous, we were always informed of work that had to be done and the cost to us (if there was any), the shuttle service allowed me to drop off my car before work and have a ride back to pick it up, etc. I couldn't compliment them more.
