I was at Kelly Buick to have my 2007 Chevy Impala looked at from work done on the heads of the engine. Nick was concerned that our 2007 Chevy was in serious trouble and he took me around the lot looking at various used cars to find one of my interest. The 2007 Buick LaCross turned out to be the car and he worked with the Sales Manager to get us the best deal possible, which happened. Nick did not pressure me in any way to purchase from Kelly and went out of his way to see that we got what we wanted and the car we wanted for the price we wanted.
