Nick Paxos was immediately attentive to the sort of car I had in mind and very quickly identified a car that he thought would meet my desires. He arranged for the car to be held for a few days to permit me to give more thought to the purchase and to allow my wife to see and drive it. When we returned for further consideration he was alert to our every interest. When we decided to buy the car he was able to work through sales and registration difficulties that were peculiar to this sale that most salesmen would find very confusing. Once the paper work was done he took us to the car and very thoroughly and patiently explained the various features that helped alleviate our confusion. He answered our questions fully and offered to assist us if we had additional questions. All of this was done with some speed, but not haste, and we left satisfied that we had made a good purchase and the assurance that if we had more questions, he would be available to answer them.
