Nick Paxos was immediately attentive to the sort of car I had in mind and very quickly identified a car that he thought would meet my desires. He arranged for the car to be held for a few days to permit me to give more thought to the purchase and to allow my wife to see and drive it. When we returned for further consideration he was alert to our every interest. When we decided to buy the car he was able to work through sales and registration difficulties that were peculiar to this sale that most salesmen would find very confusing. Once the paper work was done he took us to the car and very thoroughly and patiently explained the various features that helped alleviate our confusion. He answered our questions fully and offered to assist us if we had additional questions. All of this was done with some speed, but not haste, and we left satisfied that we had made a good purchase and the assurance that if we had more questions, he would be available to answer them. I took my Husbands GMC truck in for service. I also own a 2011 GMC Terrain which I love. I was looking at the 2013 on the sales floor when Nick approached me and asked me if I wanted to take it for a ride a 2011 GMC Terrain which I love. I was looking at the 2013 on the sales floor when Nick approached me and asked me if I wanted to take it for a ride. I said no because I was happy with my 2011 and it was a payment I could afford. I knew a 2013 would be way over my head. Nick said that he had a 2013 used on the lot, loaded and with the 2013 everything was improved in suspension, engine, etc. I looked at the 2013 used and fell in love with it. Nick convinced me to take it for a ride. I did, and couldn't believe how great the ride was, handling etc. My vehicle was a 4 cyl. and of course this was a 6 cyl. and a step above what I now owned plus 2 years newer. I told Nick I knew I wouldn't be able to afford this vehicle. After a lot of good advice from Nick, he worked his magic and I was able to afford the vehicle. I am so very happy with my "NEW" to me GMC Terrain with leather seats, navigation, sun roof, fantastic riding vehicle. Thank you Nick for everything you have done to make this happen.
