My decision to test drive the Buick Encore was "spur-of-the-moment" and totally out-of-character for me. I was happy with my Hyundai Tucson, but when I saw the Encore I was hooked. My sales consultant(s), Nick Paxos was extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and most of all genuine. Historically, my husband and I have always purchased our vehicles; never leased. Since my vehicle was less than one year old, a trade in was rather foolish b/c of the high depreciation rate. However, I was not sold on leasing. I went back to the dealership with my homework and calculator in hand. Nick went out of his way to find rebates and ultimately persuaded me to lease. He thoroughly explained the vehicle's features, set up On-Star, Bluetooth, the navigation system, and assisted me in contacting Sirius XM Radio to cancel my current subscription. I still cannot get over how quiet and smooth the ride is, all of the standard safety features, and how luxurious the interior is. Thank you, Nick! More

My wife Dianna and I went looking to buy a used car that we had seen on the website, after looking at it and driving it we were ready to purchase until Anthony and Michael showed my wife and I the wide diff we had seen on the website, after looking at it and driving it we were ready to purchase until Anthony and Michael showed my wife and I the wide difference in payments for the used vehicle as opposed a 2013 Buick lease (closed end) that took the worry out of vehicle repairs, maintenance and the ability to know that when we travel GM will be there should a problem arise. Everyone at the Dealership was very friendly and it was an easy process to go through. We had a tour of the dealership and was introduced to the service department Manager. This is a very clean store and they do participate in the Courtesy Transportation program which make buying a car or truck from them truly Worry Free. I look forward to a lasting relationship with this dealership. More

Ed Roth was excellent! Very friendly and honest! I am still shocked that he knew the car inside and out! He was the best salesman we ever had! The finance manager was very good too! I went to this dealer looking for an Acadia I saw online. I have heard many bad things from family and friends about pushy salesman. I have to say, Anthony Jayetileke was Awesome!
