My experience at Kelly was a good one. I was in the market for a Buick LaCrosse. I had shopped at other dealerships but didn't recieve the same treatment as I did at Kelly. From the beginning they were interested in making me into a client, n at other dealerships but didn't recieve the same treatment as I did at Kelly. From the beginning they were interested in making me into a client, not just selling me a car. I worked directly with Greg Boore who is very nice, down to earth and most importantly genuine. Greg made the buying experience a very pleasant one. He did a great job showing me all of my options, and ultimately he knew what car was right for me before I did. When it came time for the negotiation Michael Holmwood(sales manager) took the lead in the monetary discussion. I found this approach to be ideal. I like straight talk in every negotiation and that is exactly what happened. It was a pleasure buying a car this way. It created an environment with limited back and forth, (and anyone who has purchased a car knows how frustrating and time consuming that can be). I ended up with a Certified Pre-Owned Buick LaCrosse. It is a GREAT car and I am very happy with the purchase. In conclusion, I ended up with the right car for me, at a fair price and a great buying experience.
