I was in the market for a Buick LaCrosse. I had shopped at other dealerships but didn't recieve the same treatment as I did at Kelly. From the beginning they were interested in making me into a client, n at other dealerships but didn't recieve the same treatment as I did at Kelly. From the beginning they were interested in making me into a client, not just selling me a car. I worked directly with Greg Boore who is very nice, down to earth and most importantly genuine. Greg made the buying experience a very pleasant one. He did a great job showing me all of my options, and ultimately he knew what car was right for me before I did. When it came time for the negotiation Michael Holmwood(sales manager) took the lead in the monetary discussion. I found this approach to be ideal. I like straight talk in every negotiation and that is exactly what happened. It was a pleasure buying a car this way. It created an environment with limited back and forth, (and anyone who has purchased a car knows how frustrating and time consuming that can be). I ended up with a Certified Pre-Owned Buick LaCrosse. It is a GREAT car and I am very happy with the purchase. In conclusion, I ended up with the right car for me, at a fair price and a great buying experience. Overall the whole experience was unexpected. Normally, once you step on a lot and begin your search, the vultures come out once they see their prey. The constant hovering, breathing down your neck, making you want to just get away and escape the pressure and hard sell, this was not the case. Me and my wife were finally greeted with a nice window of oppurtunity to look through the inventory, without harrasment. We had plenty of time to test drive cars and questions, without the feeling of pressure to buy. Ed(salesman), gave us the space we needed, and was there when he was needed. The whole staff at Kelly were friendly, we would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
When I entered the dealership I was greeted by Nick and made to feel very welcome. He gave me a tour of the facility and I was happy to see that everything looked very clean, organized and well maintained made to feel very welcome. I just had a pleasant day my wife and I decided to down size the amount of cars we own. Because it is unusual for me to miss a scheduled appointment, Connie called to see if there was something wrong. Upon learning that I was hospitalized she rescheduled the appointment for after my discharge. She expressed concern over whether or not I would be able to drive to the dealership for the appointment and offered to pick up the car at my house and return it after the servicing. We feel that Connie should be commended for providing the type of exceptional service that one does not ordinarily see in this day and age. She is a genuine example of the kind of service that will keep us coming back to Kelly Buick. More
