As is for most consumers, the car buying process can be quite unsettling. However, im pleased to report that my anxieties were put to rest by the wonderful experience i had with Mr. Rich Vasvari at Kelly B quite unsettling. Close friends of mine who were repeat clients of his while he was at the Kelly saturn branch referred me to him. This gentleman took all the stress out of the situation with his relaxed demeanor.Rather than pressure and manipulate , he instead built value in the vehicle with his tremendous product knowledge. Mr Vasvari and the finace team were able to work out a price and finance plan that was well within my budget.We did a walkthrough of the dealership where he introduced me to other employees that i was likely to encountered when i return for service , etc. He was thorough in all his explanations of the issues most important to me : financing, safety , warranty , service , etc, etc.I truly felt that i didnt leave with just a car , but rather a relationship with my new sales consultant and the Kelly family. I will not only give the Kelly group the first opportunity to earn my repeat business in the future, but i will also refer them to my family and associates. More
We went in to the dealership to test drive a Saturn Vue they had in the used lot. We ended up with Bruce DuBois by chance. We did not intend to buy right away, as we had an appointment elsewhere, but we they had in the used lot. We ended up with Bruce DuBois by chance. Bruce was very friendly answered questions as we asked them, without rushing us, or giving a "salesman pitch". He talked to us knowing we were on a budget, and did not make us feel as if we were just dollar signs to him. We test drove the vehicle that we ended up purchasing from Bruce that night. We left there w/o our new car, as we had details to work out w/ our trade, but the entire staff was very friendly through the whole process - from the test drive, to the financing, to the body shop who provided a free bottle of paint to match the paint of our new (to us) car. Even after the sale, Bruce made certain to get a dealership hat for my son's hat collection...a small detail in the grand scheme of things, but something like that stands out, when special attention like that is given to our special needs son, making him feel like HE was the best customer of the day, rather than a nuisance child. We were very pleased w/ our buy, the car we purchased, and especially w/ the service we got from Bruce. If it were not for the service we recieved from Bruce that day, we most likely would have just test-driven the vehicle, and kept the appt. we had at the other dealership. More
I have never been treated so good, when I have to deal with sales/service, as I was today. Dave and Chris were so friendly and courteous. They were very patient with me and explained in detail what was with sales/service, as I was today. Dave and Chris were so friendly and courteous. I know now that I can take my vehicle in for something and get high quality service and not get yelled at that my car is blocking everything, no phone calls returned, no explanations. I will gladly reccommend these guys to everyone I know and also I will return to have service done to my vehicle. It was so refreshing to see happy, smiling, friendly people to deal with about my vehicle. Thank you so much Dave and Chris for making my experience a pleasant one. #1 in my book. More
When I originally stopped at Kelly I was going in to make a complaint to the Service Mgr. I had tried to set a service appt and had left a message with the service dept a few days prior and had not heard bac a complaint to the Service Mgr. Dave Wannamaker was sincerely apologetic and put me with Diana M. to set an appt. I had been looking at Saturn Vue's online for several weeks and my husband and I had already decided that a Vue would be our next car. I decided to see if I could look at one while I was there. Rich, while even aware that I was ot sure I was buying that day was happy to help me. The Thing that sealed it for me was that Kelly was willing to trade in my 1994 Jeep (translation: beater) as well as the Ion and gave me a very fair trade-in price as well as a fair selling price of the Vue. Rich and Dave did a great job in helping me trade my Ion and my 'beater' Jeep for a fabulous Saturn Vue. From sales, to service, to valet...everyone delivers terrific customer service. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends. More

Today I bought my second Saturn Aura for thes two gentlemen. The are both knowledgeable and courteous.
