Nikki was awesome I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service I received from Nikki. This was my first car loan buying experience and she was very patient c I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service I received from Nikki. This was my first car loan buying experience and she was very patient caring and understanding. I did however have issue with the guy in the finance/ extended warranty dept he was a little rude. I don't remember his name however he would be the only reason I wouldn't recommend the dealership.... Oh and also I did not like dealing with Haldeman Ford for service More
