Rocky start, but a happy ending. We traveled from NJ to Penna to look at a specific used car. We bought the car and returned the next day to pick up the car. Upon arriving at home, we We traveled from NJ to Penna to look at a specific used car. We bought the car and returned the next day to pick up the car. Upon arriving at home, we saw a red fluid dripping from under the car. We called Kelly and they dispatched a roll back wrecker to our house. They replaced a high pressure hose to the steering box, and returned the car to our house the next day. They made the necessary repairs and delivered the car without question and they touched base several times to keep us informed as to the status of the repair work. More

False advertisement My son talked with Brian about a MAZDA3, that they advertised, he told my son that wasn’t available because it was selling slow and it was going to t My son talked with Brian about a MAZDA3, that they advertised, he told my son that wasn’t available because it was selling slow and it was going to the auction but that he had a Nissan Versa and Toyota Matrix in the same price range that those were available that night, my son told him we’re be there in 30 minutes and we went just to first sit and wait 20 minutes for Brian because he was dealing with an angry customer, that lady was really upset, he came and told us that he’s partner will show us the cars and guest what we sat with his partner and he said that the Nissan Versa and Toyota Matrix wasn’t available because going to the auction, and those cars wasn’t in the price range of the Mazda 3 . I explained what Brian told my son and he said let me talk with my manager, he came back with a sorry but Brian gave your wrong information and I showed him the advertisement in the internet but they just told me after the cars go to the auction if you don’t sell it you can come back to buy it. Their facility is state of the art and kept in immaculate condition. The salesmen are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and outgoing. The service department is awesome!
