The Asst Sales rep, Chris M. was outstanding and informative. All service was completed and mostly covered under my extended warrantee. Got a new set of tires as well with a pric was outstanding and informative. All service was completed and mostly covered under my extended warrantee. Got a new set of tires as well with a price match guarantee. Stopped going for service a few years back because of a poor service manager, but the department has made a complete 180. Had contacted Kelly buick in Emmaus Pa for repairs to our vehicle , we had also opened a case with buick/GM which we found out they make you believe they offer cost assistance but in the end they don't. Our experince in the short version: We delived our car to Kelly and everything seemed on the up and up. they promised us the car would be done with the 6 hour Transmission repair on the coming Friday. I Called Friday when i didn't hear from them toward the end of the day and they told me we won't have it done till Saturday due to some mechanics calling off, well ok that could be true (lies) so Saturday I called 30 minutes before closing and the receptionist said they would call me back in 5 minutes, well that call never came, We needed answer on status due to needing the car for my wife due to her being on call at the local hospital was explained the day I dropped the car off. Very important right? Well Monday came and went with no call from them, Tuesday I finally get a call mid-morning so I called them back and the response from the service manager asked if I was ok when I answered the phone, very confusing to say the least, so I explained our situation again and our dissatisfaction. got the apology and said I will now have to work out a time to return the loaner which was never offered to us when we dropped our car off or a rental which I had no idea they even offered, this loaner and rental info came to our attention only after complaining about the lack of communication and lies. So two hours after they told me the car was ready another sales lady called me and said we have an emergency and we need the loaner back ( more lies). Anyways my wife tried calling the locations GM, and couldn't get through, voice mail was full, so we took a ride over there to see what was going on. we explained to the GM and we got nothing but more lies and deflection on the situation but they did have our car ready, so come the next day Buick/GM calls me after talking to kelly that moring and says Kelly is still waiting for us to return the loaner and pick our car. Man these people are not only a bunch of liers but unfortunately very confused to say the least. And this is just the highlights of our experience. Very poor communication Deflection and bold face lies Very confusing doing business with them. My advice to anyone choosing a place for service or vehicle purchase to choose wisely. Gotta say one of the worst dealerships ive ever gone to. was buying a 2020 cherokee limited with 6k miles.it was priced as the msrp stated. Wanted a 350 payment comes as 500 he refused to budge on the price and lied like he just got his car salesman book i told him to stop lying. He was only making 200 and the dealership was making 300 i laughed. Just close the doors. I was going to do it anyways and he just lied over and over. At the end of last night he told me that she was approved for 11% and they were going to try and get 10 from another i guess that fell through and all of the sudden this morning jumped to 14 more money in his pocket. . This is just insulting. At this point but wait it gets better. I found two discrepancies one small documentation fee and title fee. If you didnt know dont ever pay these fees they are pure profit. Found a coupon this morning for 1k on my trade. And i was still going to do the. He refused to remove the 1000 dollars that it has already been added to the trade i just asked for it to be credited so i could buy accessories for the jeep i physically needed to get in im in a wheelchair and phyically need. I canceled the deal deal because he did not want to give any kind of deal greedy. It has been canceled all over a coupon that i wanted to use and some fees 1400total and my wife really wanted it. Thanks for making us fight. Please dont go here. We went to look for a car but as we had to travel long distance we asked the salesperson detailed questions about the condition of the car on the phone. In particular we wanted to know if the car was rusty and if all the electric systems worked. The salesperson reassured us and told us that everything worked and that there was no serious rust on the car. Having arrived, we found one door rusted through, very substantial rust damage on the structure of the car, the electric mirrors, the airconditioning, the radio and the satnav did not work. Also their technical inspection showed that the car needed rear shocks and a new brke caliper, and other things. The salesperson managed to say that all electrics still worked in the morning! In short, the car was a lemon and the salesperson had obviously misled us. We made 500 miles trip for absolutely nothing. This dealership does not even merit 1 star. More
