He was able to answer all out questions, and he wasn't the normal pushy sales guy. We were upfront about what we were looking for and he was more than understanding and quite helpful. After speaking to Kim Collazo over the phone she went above and beyond her duties and put us in touch with another outstanding member of your team, Josh Suter. They worked together and got our part ordered Monday night and got our car in Tuesday and replaced the part. I truly hope you recognize BOTH these employees that went out of their way to take care of us. I'm not kidding when I say they both saved us because we would have been without a vehicle if not for these two. More

Ray of sunshine I bought an old Saturn Ion. It was sold "as is". I was impressed with everyone I dealt with. It was raining when I arrived but the sun came out as I t I bought an old Saturn Ion. It was sold "as is". I was impressed with everyone I dealt with. It was raining when I arrived but the sun came out as I took the test drive. The car was taken into service in day three for two repairs I wanted but were not essential. Service person's were just as good as those in sales. My family are now Kelly customers for life.. More
