Phenomenal experience as usual My 2017 Acadia that I had received back in December of 2017 from Kelly GMC was recently hit from behind and totaled. I had to obtain another vehicle My 2017 Acadia that I had received back in December of 2017 from Kelly GMC was recently hit from behind and totaled. I had to obtain another vehicle as soon as possible. I did not give it a second thought when deciding to go back to Kelly GMC as I had obtained 2 previous vehicles from them in the past. I walked in without an appointment to see my previous sales representative Mike Yerger on Monday October 15th at approximately 1 o'clock in the afternoon and walked out at approximately 5 o'clock with a brand new vehicle. Mike squeezed me in between other customers and needless to say, along with the managerial staff (Russ) and finance department (Mark), I was treated as if I was the only person in the showroom. I was extremely pleased with the transaction and very impressed with the level of compassion and sense of urgency everyone involved exhibited. This is now my 3rd vehicle that I have obtained with Kelly GMC and I would never go anywhere else. Mike Yerger is the best! More

From greeting me on the lot, to taking me on a real world test drive, to understanding my needs from a vehicle and meeting my budget, it was truly a great experience. I didn't even mind the two hour drive to get there or back home. We also compared and helped each other with our respective fantasy football teams while waiting for my credit approval. It was truly a great experience from start to finish . While his fantasy skills left much to be desired, his salesmanship was top notch. Highly recommend to all. More
