He was a great sales guy and very friendly with no high pressure and he made our buying experience a pleasant one! After the purchase we had one small issue with the vehicle and Damione was very prompt on getting the issue resolved quickly. Never again I've had my car in here for numerous reasons, but the last time I had an issue with my antifreeze and a noise coming from my wheel well. They said i I've had my car in here for numerous reasons, but the last time I had an issue with my antifreeze and a noise coming from my wheel well. They said it was a fender issue, I knew it wasn't. 150 after they replaced that it still made the same noise and after they did their inspection of my antifreeze found no issues and AC was working perfectly. That weekend I had no ac and the same noise from my car, I called and told them an took it somewhere else and was fixed properly. I've also asked at almost every appt to check my brakes, always told they are fine. My boyfriend did my front brakes bc of the awful noise and low an behold they were done to the medal. Yet they found no issues at the dealership. Today my cars in for inspection and now needs the rear brakes to pass. Not having it done here since they didn't find that issue before! Getting my sticker and never coming back! More
