I called dozens of dealerships looking for a place that could really help me find what I was looking for, to no avail and after almost settling on a local dealership, a friend referred me to Kelly GMC. I'm so thankful they did because I was about to settle on a higher priced, wrong color, less options model because I kept being told mine wasn't out there for the price I was willing to pay. Within minutes of talking with Nick, we had everything arranged, from price, color, and options, to a time to pick it up. That is just unbelievable service! I also wound up trading a vehicle in, which added even more complexity to the deal or you would think but in fact it went just as smooth and as fast. He got me the exact vehicle that I wanted for a better price than anyone else within hours of me! I'll say this, Nick Paxos is the man, straight shooter and a very hard worker, you really couldn't have a better sales agent. Super smooth process from start to finish. As exausted as we were when we arrived at kelly we were greeted by Damione the salesman who was super polite he had seemed to ease the stress of the situations we have had at prior dealerships he was extremely eager to help us and work with us to get us in the car we wanted and to get us in our payment range. Our lease that we had for our truck was coming to an end at the end of the month which is why we chose to get a new vehicle. We had chose a vehicle that was not yet delivered to the dealership but assured us that it would be coming within the week however due to the snow storm the vehicle had not shown up when they said we told them it was no big deal we could wait a little longer. Damione kept in contact with us they whole time knowing that the trucks lease was almost up he knew we needed a car so he was able to work something out that kept us in our price and got us in a more upgraded vehicle. I have never met a car dealership or salesman that went to such great lengths for us. He knew what we needed and wanted he never once tried to steer us in a different direction. His patients and kindness is what will bring us back to kelly in the future. More
