We were very very comfortable with him after about two seconds. We loved his sense of humor, his matter-of-fact attitude and car knowledge as he took us to look at cars. He brought things to our attention he felt were pertinent to senior drivers knowing how cars had changed since we bought our Saturn 14 years ago. He was like our "new best friend!!!" Truly, we cannot say enough about this man. He turned what was worrisome appointment into a really pleasant experience.--Super nice pleasant fun man who made the whole experience fun!!!
