Mike immediately provided his best advice and the options at his disposal. Within 1 hour we were out of there with a few good options. Mike followed up before the end of the work day and we agreed to purchase a car off the lot. We wanted nothing to do with a long wait and all the paperwork and Mike had it all prepped and ready to go so that when we walked in the next day, we were in and out in 15 minutes with our new car. Mike definitely understands that some people don't want the hassle of dealing with salesman and his humor and knowledge were fun to have during the process which was professional and timely. My Unique situation! Dave Kessler made it possible to purchase the vehicle we wanted. If it wasn't for him we probably would not have purchased it. Used car purchase 2009 Genesis I bought a used 2009 Genesis from Kelly Buick. about a week after bringing the car home I noticed there was a leak from the rack and pinion unit. I called about the leak and spoke to the service manager, Robert Migliaccio about the problem. It took a few days to come to a resolution but I am glad to say Kelly Buick did the right thing and replaced the rack and pinion at no cost to me. I am very pleased with the outcome and can't say enough about how much I enjoy the car. Robert went out of his way to accommodate me. I got a great deal and the car is extremely clean. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Kelly Buick. More
