Pick-up day It took 3 hrs. for all paper work to be completed (including a complimentary transfer of old car). While waiting for this to be done, our new car was It took 3 hrs. for all paper work to be completed (including a complimentary transfer of old car). While waiting for this to be done, our new car was hit by a manager moving cars in the lot. Our car was quickly taken to the collision center and repaired. Not a happy experience but all ended well! I feel time management should have been handled better. Too many cars were scheduled to be picked up in one afternoon. I think this is the reason for the accident. Anthony was quite knowledgeable about the car and answered all questions. He was pleasant and helpful; he was not responsible for the accident to our car. More

Dave was an attentive salesman who was very detailed in telling me all the wonderful features of my CPO Buick Encore. He even took the extra time to ask the onstar rep to add an additional month to my free service because my car was less than 2 years old. In addition to Dave providing amazing service all of the salesmen on the floor were attentive even though I was not their customer never allowing the water bottle in front of me to be empty. Overall a great experience and Dave's final share that car washes are free you can't beat that. More
