Bruce Dubois is caring and great customer service Bruce Debois has been our sale person since 1995 when we purchased out 1st Saturn. But I did get him to sing after I test drove Buick Encore. I have bought 7 cars from Bruce thru the 22 years since we have trust in him we always come back. Also thru the years Bruce has always contacts us to wish my husband and I a happy birthday or even if I had my car in for service he would always come over to me and see how we were doing. My visit to Kelly GMC was an absolute pleasure. The manager, Matt Kelly, was polite and helpful...pointing out where I needed to go for my oil change. He even took the time to introduce me to the service writer. I was in and out in no time. What I liked most was that the entire staff went out of their way to say hello and made sure my stay was a pleasant one. My car is getting older, and Matt suggested scheduling a visit to see some new vehicle options. Given my experience, I plan to take him up on it. Great job, Matt! More

Excellent Sales Experience I was in, what I would call, a different situation. I had a car lined up at another dealership and while waiting for approval from my credit union, t I was in, what I would call, a different situation. I had a car lined up at another dealership and while waiting for approval from my credit union, the car was sold. Next thing I knew, I had a loan approval, but no car to buy! I worked with Matt and Russ at Kelly Buick GMC, told them exactly what I was looking for and how much I could spend. They found the exact car in a matter of days, had it brought to the dealership from out of state, and ran it through the shop for GM Certification. Russ and Matt rushed the car through detail so I could bring my wife (who hadn't even seen the car yet at this point) to test drive it at our convenience and took care of everything. When it came time to sign the paperwork and finalize the sale, Dave Kessler and Mike Curry took the time to answer any questions we had and made sure the process went as quickly as possible (nobody likes to sit at the dealership all day!). While doing the final inspection of the car we noticed a few issues. Russ stepped in and set us up with a loaner vehicle so we didn't have to wait, had all of the concerns addressed, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I can't stress enough how happy my wife and I are with our new vehicle and the staff at Kelly Buick GMC made it happen! More

Made our lease easy We were not at all looking forward to our next car-buying or car-leasing experience when we began our search. My father and I had spent much of the we We were not at all looking forward to our next car-buying or car-leasing experience when we began our search. My father and I had spent much of the weekend walking in and out of dealerships along the auto mile and in Allentown. Our last stop was Kelly Buick GMC, and we were honestly impressed. Dave Kessler is a cheerful and personable guy who very much treated us like people instead of a potential sale. He personally kept us up to date with offers on the 2017 Encore we had looked at and before long was signing away on our lease. Our wait times were drastically lower than our experiences at dealerships prior, and we never felt like nothing was getting done while we waited. I can honestly say that Kelly Buick GMC did a great job and that Dave is a man who I would very much like to buy from again. When the time comes to buy or lease my own car after our other vehicle goes back, I will surely be returning to this dealer and salesman. More
