I made the decision to buy a GMC Terrain and shopped dealers in my area for the best deal. I was happy I chose Kelly Buick GMC. Matt the finance guy and his team were kind professional and courteous. There's always a give and take in car sales I'm happy to say I didn't have to give much and I got to takeaway a SLE-2 and traded in my Rogue! Matt Kelly really worked to get me approved with payments that didn't hurt my wallet. I'm thankful I chose this dealership! I will definitely recommend friends and family to them. More

shiesty dealership practices.. Dership is very sheisty. and in my opinion Dishonest when it comes to your final paperwork will tell you one thing and do another At signing. and make Dership is very sheisty. and in my opinion Dishonest when it comes to your final paperwork will tell you one thing and do another At signing. and make it look like it's in your favor when in reality it's not. (Buyer beware of this practice at this dealership) I know. it was too late For me. i Lease the vehicle brand new on May 1st should have known then .When salesperson Told us to dated the paperwork for April 29th to sign this date on all paperwork. To show GMC we bought it on the 29th just show dishonest sales Practice. . actual was May 1st. also buyer beware when turning in a pre lease car from another manufacturer at this dealership they tell you they're going to pay the lease payments off and you just turn your car in at the other dealer. make sure when you leave Kelly GMC you have check in hand when leaving because any money you put out of pocket first to pay that other lease off they turn around and defraud you out of that portion by telling you one thing and doing another at that point it's too late (FYI. your Out that money) get a check from them First do your homework be smart and in my personal opnion lease or buy somewhere else still waiting for money owed from this dealer Signed truthfully not angry just got a whole lot smarter and will not purchase here anymore.... Finally after several months of back and forth the dealership has made good on deal that was negotiated originally before purchase of the vehicle should not have went this far but it did thanks to one of the owners Chris .S stepping in and honoring the deal that was truly Made at, signing .Sincerely( now a satisfied customer) More

Helpfulness and patience. Mike Yerger is my sales rep at Kelly. Notice I said "is". Even though I have now driven home in my new Buick Encore, I know that Mike will be there Mike Yerger is my sales rep at Kelly. Notice I said "is". Even though I have now driven home in my new Buick Encore, I know that Mike will be there with any questions and concerns I might have. And he needed more patience. As I am in my 70's and a widow, I am sure my questions are phased differently than a young man's would be. Mike never made me feel I might be taking too long or not knowledgeable. Buick had a short window to take advantage of a promotion and Mike made sure that I was able to do just that! I have had experience previously with Kelly Buick and was pleased with the service I gotten from their service department. That is why I returned to Kelly Buick. More
