Prior to coming to Kelly we had just driven a Ford Escape the card my husband thought would be his next car. Then he drove the 2016 Encore ,it was love at first drive. Now, to understand this you have to know that for over a year all he spoke about was a Ford Escape. The overall experience we had at Kelly's changed his mind. I filled out an information request form on their website after seeing a lease deal that I was interested in. I received a phone call the next morning from their internet sales manager, informed me a little bit about the fine print of the deal. It was slightly more than what was posted, but it was an online deal so I wasn't expecting that great price I saw. I got there and test drove a car, went good and started to talk numbers. Quickly the sales manager got involved. The numbers were far off from where they were suppose to be, far higher than what the Internet manager told me it would be. The sales manager couldn't really explain why they were so much higher, and I think everyone involved got frustrated. In the end, I got a great car. It was a tricky deal, I was on a limited budget so I give them credit for being able to get me into the car. Much more of a hassle then I wanted, but I'm thankful everyday when I get in my new car that it all worked out. More

I was hoping I could get the car in my price range. It turned out that I drove away with a 2017 Terrain and lowered my current monthly care payment. Mike's assistance did not stop there; the dealer who I previously leased from was giving me a hard time with returning the car. Mike took over and handled the situation so I could rest at ease in my new car. I am beyond happy with my experience with Kelly Buick GMC and so grateful to Mike for all the support he provided throughout this process! We will definitely be back for further purchases! More

We interacted several times over the course of the next few days as I looked for a car I liked and she was quick to respond and eager to help every time. Heather made me feel totally at ease and comfortable with the whole process from start to finish. I honestly don't enjoy car shopping but she really made it fun and simple for me.
