Fantastic Mike was amazing, down to earth, and not pushy at all. I filled out an information request form on their website after seeing a lease deal that I was interested in. I received a phone call the next morning from their internet sales manager, informed me a little bit about the fine print of the deal. It was slightly more than what was posted, but it was an online deal so I wasn't expecting that great price I saw. I got there and test drove a car, went good and started to talk numbers. Quickly the sales manager got involved. The numbers were far off from where they were suppose to be, far higher than what the Internet manager told me it would be. The sales manager couldn't really explain why they were so much higher, and I think everyone involved got frustrated. In the end, I got a great car. It was a tricky deal, I was on a limited budget so I give them credit for being able to get me into the car. Much more of a hassle then I wanted, but I'm thankful everyday when I get in my new car that it all worked out. More

We interacted several times over the course of the next few days as I looked for a car I liked and she was quick to respond and eager to help every time.
