Tabby Collins knows me and goes out of her way to say hi and whats going on and can I help. Charlie Aigieri-Mccarthy will take care of anything that needs taken care of. The staff seems to have a great relasionship with him and each other. They have no problem going to him for anything. And he takes care of everything. When I was looking for my new to me suv I went to other places but came back to Kelly Ford because they treated me the best from beginning to end. More

The tech who worked on my van said that my battery was on its way out and Dan told me i looked like it was under warrenty some where else and suggested to get it replaced for free there. As a woman that doesnt know much about cars knowing that Dan is out to help me and not just take my money has made it so i will alway be back, its hard to find people who truley care any more!! Once again a great deal This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Phil Pettus at Kelly Ford. My wife and I purchased an Escape about a year and a half ago but found ou This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Phil Pettus at Kelly Ford. My wife and I purchased an Escape about a year and a half ago but found out that it was going to be too small for us as my wife is more and more in a wheel chair and requires extra space. The Escape is very comfortable but didn't meet our needs anymore. When we contacted Phil again early on we were not in a position to trade. We had looked at the Edge at the time. Then recently we spoke again and since I do a lot of handyman work I could use a new truck as it will fit all our needs. Phil found the perfect truck and was able to get us out of our Escape. Thank you to Phil and Charlie for putting this all together. Sandy in the Business Office completed the deal. Even though I think it may be the last car I'll own I will definitely recommend Phil and Kelly Ford. More
