This is our second visit to Kelly Ford. We are "snow birds" so we don't always know where to go. However a FORD dealer is always our first choice with our vehicle. This visit was to the parts department, where we were treated very kindly, and then we went to the Body Shop as recommended to see about getting the work done. John, Gil and the secretary there were phenomenal! They absolutely treat people with kindness, respect and are friendly and willing to help out. Our situation was a little different so John looked at our issue and between him and Gil they were able to take care of our problem on the spot. We then cancelled our parts order with no problem and were on our way. In this day and time of everyone being in a hurry and not thinking about how they can help someone out it was a pleasant surprise to have them be so interested in taking care of us - and always with a smile on their faces. It truly made our day and whenever we are in this area and need any work, etc. done on our vehicle we will definitely choose Kelly Ford. In addition we will let everyone we know who is looking to choose Kelly Ford for their needs and New Cars! You should be very proud of your employees.

"Customer Service with No Hassle"
For the past few months I have been in search for the ultimate family van. I fell in love with the Ford Transit line during my travels in the airline business. A year ago I actually rented one and said this is what we needed for our growing family. After a long search and other circumstances out path took us to Kelly Ford.
The process started off with Cassandra Younger emailing me what they still had available. Then it was just a matter of getting up and going in. Once at Kelly I found the 2017 Ford Transit with under 13,000 miles for only $25,700 and did a walk around and then went inside to find a Sales Associate. Vinny Amore came right up and asked what he could do for me. To make a long story short, I bought the van with no hassles. Vinny and the entire team at Kelly Ford did not push me or force me into anything. They gave me a great trade-in value for my old mini-van.
Sandra Smith assisted us with awesome financing and making the paperwork process so easy. The rest is history. Kelly Ford has definitely gained an added longtime customer. I look forward to my next experience with the Kelly Ford Team and their awesome customer service.

It was three days before hurricane Mathew, Kelly Ford Melbourne Fl. was swamped, however I did have an appointment. The wait was much longer than anticipated after all the hurricane was barring down everyone wanted last minute work before leaving. I was promised Kelly Ford would complementary vacuum my car for the extended wait. How convenient, this was the last task on my to do list and they offered to do it saving me time before picking up my daughter and friends and leaving state. When they were done I got in the car it was not vacuumed so I complained. They took the car it was back in five minutes. The floor mats were still dirty the car was not even close to a proper vacuuming. I went back and complained. Tabby Collins overheard the conversation and came to the rescue stating she would vacuum the car herself. She did an immaculate job and threw in air fresheners. I thought of her many times after the hurricane how she volunteered to help even though the store was hopping. I told myself next time I was at Kelly Ford I would seek her out and find out how I could get her recognition. Sometimes the simplest gestures can speak a thousand words about someone's love for their company. Upper management was not surprised one bit when I told them how Tabby Collins dropped what she was doing to help me. You go Girl! Thank you, Rod!
