Over the telephone, I spoke to Charles Algieri-McCarthy in the Sales Department and he LISTENED to my complaint, didn't brush me off, and helped me get the part ordered and my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. The service he provided me was excellent, and he is a credit to the Ford organization. His professionalism and attention to detail in this matter will keep me as a Ford customer. This is not to be construed as a sales pitch, for if you don't believe me, go into the showroom and ask for him and you will see what I have said is every bit the truth. More

Phil engaged us early at the lot--he was relaxed, didn't pressure us and answered all of our questions. We were still shopping and it took us about a week to find exactly the right car--but it was in Orlando. Although Orlando is only 45 minutes away, we felt comfortable dealing with Phil--so had him bring it to Melbourne so we could conduct the transaction locally. When we were passed to Sandra to handle the financial end of the deal, she was equally low-pressure and very helpful in making what amounted to the right financial decision for us. We believe we got a great deal, kept our money local, and closed the sale with the guy that helped us through the buying process. If Phil is an indication of all of the sales folks at Kelly, you can't go wrong buying your car from them. More

We took 3 out for test drives and settled on a 2013 Ford Fiesta as my wife likes smaller cars. We've since had the clutch replaced and a problem with the transmission fixed, all under warranty. People are friendly and do what they say they will do. Traci is a great service rep. Experience was good enough I went back a year and a half later and purchased a used 2013 Ford Fusion from Marc as well. Again he was very helpful and showed me several cars before I settled on the Fusion. The finance guy Jeff was good and knew his stuff so this was another good experience. I was not able to open the door using the keyless entry system so brought it back and it turned out the code displayed on the dash was reversed. Weird , but once entered correctly, worked fine. They also ordered a Owners manual for me as there was none in the glove box. Love the car. I would buy another car from Kelly Ford. More

Traci in service and Stephan in sales were also a big part of my excellent experience. The customer service is exemplary and I would recommend anybody take their vehicle there. I am happy to have found the dealership and worked with CD and Charlie through our sale. I don't know that there is a perfect experience, but it was pretty darn close. The only real issue is that there was a wait for financing, considering our overall experience, that made sense, people want to be there to purchase a car. On a specific note with the team, there was no pressure within any part of the process, I would call it a facilitation of a positive buying experience. More

Tristan Palmer worked well and side by side with John they made the transaction go smoothly and as easy as it could be. No time spent running around and playing the "games" Jeff Leggee told us all our possibilities and options but did not try to push anything on us. He gave us great information for us to decide what we wanted to do. We came back a few days later for lessons on learning how to use the computer and what all the dash board figures where etc. All in all this was by far the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. More
