Charlie, with finance, was more than easy to work with to understand the financial aspect of acquiring a new vehicle. As a matter of fact, Charlie really helped "seal the deal" with my Wife - suggesting I take home a like-vehicle for a night, allowing us to "try before we buy". I started my search for a car, like everyo CD Williams is the man to go see if you are looking to purchase a car at Kelly Ford in Melbourne, Florida. I started my search for a car, like everyone, looking at various models and dealerships on the internet. I had an idea of what I wanted, but when I was ready to buy, I am old school. I needed to see the car, drive the car, and get a feel for the car. I told CD that I was just starting my search. I picked Ford because my previous car was a 2011 Ford Edge, which I loved. Long story made short, I no longer had that car since we sold it along with our 36’ Motorhome earlier in the year. I didn’t want to purchase another Edge, because I did not want to compare a new Edge with my old Edge, because I feared I would be disappointed. I told CD that I was interested in an Explorer. CD did not try to sell me a car. Instead he started asking me tons of questions to determine what I wanted in a new vehicle. I thought my want list was rather small. That is, until CD started asking me what I liked about my old car. Than the list got much longer. After pulling out several Explorers to look at, I found my car. Had everything plus more on my want list, had the right color, had the right look. I love it. Thanks CD for making the process very easy. I never did make it to another dealer. Guess I am just a Ford kind of girl. More

We had searched for a few weeks for a particular vehicle and actually had a few offers (new and used) we were considering but it was truly the people here that brought us back for the sale. It was like dealing with friends and worth the drive over to Melbourne. We are very happy with the vehicle also. It was clean, in great working order and smelled like new.
