The only real issue is that there was a wait for financing, considering our overall experience, that made sense, people want to be there to purchase a car. Tristan Palmer worked well and side by side with John they made the transaction go smoothly and as easy as it could be. No time spent running around and playing the "games" Jeff Leggee told us all our possibilities and options but did not try to push anything on us. He gave us great information for us to decide what we wanted to do. We came back a few days later for lessons on learning how to use the computer and what all the dash board figures where etc. All in all this was by far the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. More

I meant to ask my service advisor Traci to wash my car but I forgot durning the process. I dropped the car off and got a ride to work then remembered I wanted it done.
