Very Efficient Service We wanted to test drive a new Focus and had contacted the dealership prior to our visit to let them know when we would visit. Phil had the car ready We wanted to test drive a new Focus and had contacted the dealership prior to our visit to let them know when we would visit. Phil had the car ready to go and the numbers ready, so there would be no delay in understanding the deal. Phil even found some extra rebate money that we were not aware of being available. We were able to get in and out of the dealership without any long delays. The car was detailed and we were given a full tank of gas. We have gotten our last three cars at Kelly, and they really do an excellent job. The people are very friendly, and that makes for a good car buying experience. More

Started working with Traci Daly in service, and she has been excellent in getting my two Fords taken care of. Had a 06 F150 and needed to trade it on something with less miles and north rust issues. Worked with Marc Camelleri and got us a Cretified 2013 Escape for a great price and a nice dollar for my truck. Never felt any pressure in the sales process, Marc was nice to work with. We then went on to finish up,with Sandra Smith and had a few good laughs while working with her, nice!! All in all one of the best car buying times my wife and I had. I will keep my business with Kelly Ford for as long as we stay in Melbourne!! Great service, great sales, 5 stars in our book!! More
