The person in the shop in the service area was very nice and very polite. I didn't like however bat while my car was in getting worked on I had sales people trying to sell me a brand new car I know that tha and very polite. Also I was told that I do not have an oil leak but the spots on my garage floor tell me different so I'm not quite sure how mechanics who are supposed to know everything about Kia's can't find an oil leak when I know for a fact there is one.
