The person in the shop in the service area was very nice and very polite. I didn't like however bat while my car was in getting worked on I had sales people trying to sell me a brand new car I know that tha and very polite. I didn't like however bat while my car was in getting worked on I had sales people trying to sell me a brand new car I know that that's their job but it was somewhat annoying. Also I was told that I do not have an oil leak but the spots on my garage floor tell me different so I'm not quite sure how mechanics who are supposed to know everything about Kia's can't find an oil leak when I know for a fact there is one. More

I don’t remember the gentlemen’s name that helped me, but he was super helpful. I had a cracked windshield on top of my oil change and he made call to the warranty department and also asked his boss if they he was super helpful. Even though the dealership didn’t fix windshields, he gave me the name of a shop who would. He also kept me updated on time of when it would be done as I had a prior obligation I needed to attend to. Let me tell you why. 1) NO PRESSURE - there is a laid back sales process that doesn't steer you to something you don't want. You decide! 2) Service - The salesman I was using was off from work and came in to help me and my family. He didn't shift me on to someone else. He did the work! 3) Professionalism - everyone here treats you with such respect and they take pride in their products. 4) Warranty - 100,000 miles for 10 years? Can't beat it. 5) Extra mile - they address the whole family. Everyone is important to them and they make it known. Their management treats you the way customers should be treated. 6) Free coffee/drinks - free coffee is always a good thing while you wait. Our salesman even gave us ice cold water after coming in from the heat. More
