Kelly Honda - Service Center

Service A part broken off the shift in my 1 year old car, therefore causing my keys to be stuck in the ignition. I called the dealer and they told me to have A part broken off the shift in my 1 year old car, therefore causing my keys to be stuck in the ignition. I called the dealer and they told me to have Honda road services tow it to them, which I did. I called the next day to check on the car and they didn’t even know it was there. That is an issue that needs to be addressed between the tow people and Honda, so that was almost 2 days wasted. They said the part would be in Saturday and they would call, which they didn’t. When I called on Monday, they didn’t get back to me for a few hours so I couldn’t get a ride at that time, so my car was in the shop for a total of 6 days. When I went to pick up the car, they charged me, which they shouldn’t have. The service guy took care of it. Then when I went to leave, the hood was not locked down and I had to get someone to come out and fix it. Last, there was a light on , I think the tire pressure light, which I’m sure whoever fixed it could clearly see and they didn’t bother to deal with that issue. Would have it been that hard to check it and put air in the tires??? Not happy that I’m dealing with all this with a one year old car. More

Excellent job I scheduled my air bag recall service online for 5pm on a Wednesday. Told the service took 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. I arrived a few minutes early, I scheduled my air bag recall service online for 5pm on a Wednesday. Told the service took 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. I arrived a few minutes early, was processed at 5pm exactly and finished by 5:55. Excellent service, friendly people and clean spacious waiting room. More

I was told they might not get to it because it was so late. I understood that. I set up for a rental car. When I dropped it off & explained was happening, the gentleman asked if I could wait a couple of hours, he squeezed me in. They fixed the problem. Saved me over $200 for rental. Recall was bad enough I had a 9 am recall appointment. There was a long line of people ahead of me and they all seemed to have had a 9 am appointment. I left my and waited 45 minutes for my ride to pick me up. 10 minutes after I was picked up, I was called and told my car was ready. All the employees involved were very sympathetic and professional.
