Potholes tire-killer I must start saying that I am very pleased with the service I received from Kenny Batista over at Kelly Honda Lynnway. He was very helpful, knowledgea I must start saying that I am very pleased with the service I received from Kenny Batista over at Kelly Honda Lynnway. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, he made my day get a lot easier after having 1 of my front tires blow up due to hitting a pothole. I thankfully have tires and wheel insurance on my 19 inch wheels l, Kenny opened up a case as well completed all the paperwork for me. All I had to do was issue 1 signature and shake his hand while thanking him for his outstanding work. More

Regular oil change Love Kelly Honda!! Brought my car in for the usual oil change. Justin looked up info related to my car model and told me that I had a recall notice Love Kelly Honda!! Brought my car in for the usual oil change. Justin looked up info related to my car model and told me that I had a recall notice which I knew but forgot about. The letter I had received from Honda said it would take a half day. But Justin said the oil change and recall repair would take an hour and he was right on the money. I was in and out in that time. Love the convenient service as I showed up around 4:30 without an appointment and had the oil changed and was on my way. More

First came in was greeted and service was written up by Kenny Batista. I cannot say enough of the good experience I had and Kenny was a part of it. I went to the waiting room and talked to Angel who sold us the car and have a nice conversation with him. Throughout the short wait I had several people came up asking if they could help me -- but not over bearing. Kenny came out when everything was done and escorted me to customer service, I paid and went on my way. I cannot say enough about my good expeience there. Keep it up. Thanks More
