I believe it behooves business folks to be honest with customers, and Justin presented that way. Of course, being told that it was too cold to wash the car and then seeing cars coming out of the car wash as I drove out of the lot - well, what's that about? However, I make the drive to Lynn even though there's a dealership closer. That says a lot about the service. More
