Another battery replacement. Service center performed required service in timely manner. I have a problem with this 2012 CRV, bought used in 2014 and has had multiple problems wi Service center performed required service in timely manner. I have a problem with this 2012 CRV, bought used in 2014 and has had multiple problems with vehicle not starting. Four months after purchasing the dealer replaced the battery. Recall for software battery management was performed seven months after second battery was replaced by dealer. Eight months later third battery replaced at my cost of $145.97 by dealer. I have a vehicle now for 19 months that has had three batteries and I don't feel this vehicle is dependable or reliable. First Honda purchased based on advertisement about dependability and may be the last. More

Great service, but way too high prices for repair My car was being repaired for a recall problem. The customer service was fantastic and very professional. There is free coffee and a play room for kid My car was being repaired for a recall problem. The customer service was fantastic and very professional. There is free coffee and a play room for kids, which I greatly appreciated. On the downside, I happen to have an exhaust problem and asked for a quote, which turned out to be $3,500. I took my car to Meineke and the repairs can be done for a whopping $280. That's a huge difference. If the prices were more reasonable I'd repair at the Honda dealer. More
