Great service, but way too high prices for repair My car was being repaired for a recall problem. The customer service was fantastic and very professional. There is free coffee and a play room for kid My car was being repaired for a recall problem. The customer service was fantastic and very professional. There is free coffee and a play room for kids, which I greatly appreciated. On the downside, I happen to have an exhaust problem and asked for a quote, which turned out to be $3,500. I took my car to Meineke and the repairs can be done for a whopping $280. That's a huge difference. If the prices were more reasonable I'd repair at the Honda dealer. More

A little slow Kenny was nice to deal with. I thought the process took to long for an express oil change. PLus the quote I got of $68 for a simple air filter seeme Kenny was nice to deal with. I thought the process took to long for an express oil change. PLus the quote I got of $68 for a simple air filter seemed OUTRAGEOUS. I called Jiffy Lube after to compare and they were around a 3rd of that. I am under lease so bring it to you but found out I don't have to and probably won't in the future at those prices. The oil did come down a lot which is nice. More
