When I checked in Kenny kept me standing at his check in desk in the garage. He was typing away and didn't look up to acknowledge me for at least a minute and then said "one minute" without looking up. Fortunately Katherine, who was at he desk behind him, finished with her client, looked over at me and said she could help before I became annoyed. She was friendly and efficient. More

Quick appointment on a Saturday when dashboard light came on I greatly appreciate that the Kelly Honda Service Center fit me in for an appointment on a Saturday. The low tire pressure light came on the dashboar I greatly appreciate that the Kelly Honda Service Center fit me in for an appointment on a Saturday. The low tire pressure light came on the dashboard a few hours before I had to make an important trip to the metro-west area for the day, and they took my car in immediately to check it. Unfortunately I can't remember the names of the employees I dealt with, but they were all kind and considerate. This was greatly appreciated, more than they probably realize, because I had two crises going on at that time and was freaked out that my car might be undrivable that day. Also, I'd run over broken glass 2 days prior and was worried I had a leak; they checked all tires and everything was fine, the pressure was just low due to a shift in the weather. Having already had a flat tire on a rainy night some months back, I was not eager to repeat that experience, especially with a sick passenger in the car. Thank you for fixing my car, for great service, and for kind and considerate employees. More
