Generally all good was except except for the following. I needed to return because someone had to order a part. I was told that someone would call me. No one did. I finally called in. It was there. Courteous, helpful and efficient . On the first visit she smiled with me when I told her that I had corrected another employee when he said that I should go over to see "the Girl". I said " Yes, I will see the woman". I doubt he would have said that one of the male employees was "a boy". Please keep those things in mind when training employees. Thanks More
Safe to drive I recently went into Honda on the Lynnway because my friend had a nail in her tire tire. She felt strange driving in there where she drives a ford but I recently went into Honda on the Lynnway because my friend had a nail in her tire tire. She felt strange driving in there where she drives a ford but it was close to us at the time and I had recently been there with my car and had a great experience. Justin assisted us and told us the tire needed to be replaced, not just plugged. While the car was on the lift, they also noticed other work that needed to be done as well. Justin explained to us that some things could wait but others needed immediate repair because of safety issues. We were impressed with the honesty and how quickly we were spoken to on the matter. When She brought her car back to be fixed both Justin and Ariel were very helpful and knowledgeable. Like I said earlier my friend drives a ford but chose to return to Honda for her service needs because they made us feel safe to drive my that again. More

Poor Customer Service I recently brought my 2007 Honda Accord in for service last Saturday. Was told by Justin that my car was one of the recalls for an airbag due to the p I recently brought my 2007 Honda Accord in for service last Saturday. Was told by Justin that my car was one of the recalls for an airbag due to the proceedings in Washington regardinga irbags. I was told by Justin that he will be ordering the part and would get a call on Monday when part arrives to schedule the appointment. No call on Monday or Tuesday. Called Wednesady, New Years Eve, Justin was not working so I spoke with the Manager Mike who said he will take care of the issue and to verify if part came in and would let me know by the end of business. No call. Called the dealership today, can't get a hold of Mike or Justin and am unable to leave voice mail because no one has voice mail, not even the Manager...lol. I understand people are busy and service departments are always busy, but a call back shouldn't be too much ask for. even if the part is not in or back ordered I would like to know. They are not making it easy. More

My 2005 Accord Coupe needed a tremendous amount of work and was not running well. This dealership was able to pinpoint the problems and fix them.
