I purchased a used 2021 Lincoln Aviator i got a very fair price both on the SUV and my trade (2019 Nautilus) There was a slight delay on the delivery due to parts arriving late (They put on New Brakes on al price both on the SUV and my trade (2019 Nautilus) There was a slight delay on the delivery due to parts arriving late (They put on New Brakes on all 4 corners) so I didn't mind waiting a few extra days. After pick up I noticed the rear tires were out if balance and a TPS sensor went out. Kelly Ford was able to get in in and done that day at no charge. Junior Pena my salesperson was great and went the extra mile even after the Sale. Everyone at the Kelly Infiniti and Ford were very helpful and go other through vehicles in detail to make sure there are no issues. Financing was very easy and I purchased an extended warranty at a good price. Very happy overall with my purchase. More

When they thought they were doing me a favor with a new lease, I had to do all my insurance paperwork, had a car without inspection sticker for a few days. All this because the car I has a faulty electric lease, I had to do all my insurance paperwork, had a car without inspection sticker for a few days. All this because the car I has a faulty electrical system that died in me three times. But THEY were doing ME a favor or a great deal. Also when I payed the down payment, lady said that it did include first month payment that I had to pay that extra ahead of time, which was never the case. I’ve lease 4 cars and that never happened.
