Unbelievable customer service I wanted to write a quick summary of my recent experience with Kelly. I had recently brought my car in for a quick service appointment and realized it I wanted to write a quick summary of my recent experience with Kelly. I had recently brought my car in for a quick service appointment and realized it needed much more care. I was working closely with Abby and she pointed out several items that needed to be addressed. Since I was already at the dealership, it would have been difficult (based upon my schedule) to leave and come back for another appointment on another day. Abby was amazing! She was able to get me a loaner car and scheduled my service for Monday. Later that day (Saturday), I received a call from Abby saying that my service was completed and I could pick up my car later Saturday or Sunday - based upon my availability. Being in a service business, I can't say enough about Abby and her attention to detail. She took a very challenging situation and made me feel at ease. She is/was a solutions provider! Thank you so much to Abby (and the techs) at Kelly. You really did "make it easy". Thank you so much. -Mark More

Informative, honest and fast All issues were throughly inpected and options for resolution were presented in laymen terms without unnecessary sales pressure.
