Ive been going to Kelly Infiniti in Danvers for years now and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Ive bought 2 Infinitis so far from there (a QX60 & a QX50) Everyone from the front desk folks to the and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Ive bought 2 Infinitis so far from there (a QX60 & a QX50) Everyone from the front desk folks to the service department are always so nice & very helpful. During my most recent visit I was there for a tie rod issue. The mechanic was very thorough and they always let me know the issues and how much it's going to cost before starting any work. The best part was the video they sent me showing the mechanic underneath my car inspecting everything from the brakes, the cabin air filter, to the wear of the tires & everything in between. Most of the time I deal with Nick Gird, Service Advisor at Infiniti & he's great. He's always responsive and always fits me in whenever I need an appointment. Another great thing was they have drivers that come to you, drop off a loaner car & pick up your vehicle. That was so helpful & convenient. For as long as I am driving an Infiniti, I will continue to call Nick & the folks at Kelly Infiniti ☺️ More

I was able to get an appointment immediately upon request and got my oil change done. Javien Delgado did a great job and provided consistent updates and was extremely respectful of my time.
