We recently purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty from this dealership and dealt with Greg Moore. We came here looking for a specific car because there were great incentives available and Greg did not waste our time trying to push other cars or models; he was very understanding and respectful of what we wanted and were looking for. It was about 3 weeks from my initial visit to when we decided to purchase the car, but Greg was always helpful and patient with us. He even came in on his day off to answer any questions, show us the car once again, and fill out paperwork with us. This didn't seem to bother him; he even offered to meet us somewhere closer to our home to make the process more convenient. Everything flowed very smoothly from start to finish, and after our purchase we were contacted by both Greg and the dealership to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. I sincerely do appreciate the work of Greg and the management at Kelly Jeep because being in the particular situation we were in, they were willing to help us and look into various options for us, finally finding something that worked for everyone.
